Why should people be forced to get vaccinated in order to protect others who choose not to get vaccinated??

Sorry. The leaders that I try to elect and support are definitely not nuts. They are true public servants. Unfortunately, the majority of people have been conditioned by MSM to ignore them. If everyone in the room is lying, then the person telling the truth must also be lying, right? The establishment has created this artificial and imaginary political antithesis, between two imaginary opposing political ideologies. Trying to maintain a false-belief narrative that there are only two viable parties to be trusted(like in Australia).
Why would anyone vote for a leader with a lifelong history of stealing cheating, womanizing, and exploiting the law? Yet over 50% of people did(Trump)! So, integrity and honesty are clearly NOT the most important virtues people look for in their leaders.
Logically, people should vote for a leader who is young, respected, credible, and honest. A leader with at least some military and political experience. A leader with an air of gravitas, and can have a positive influence on other leaders. A leader with workable policies that affect main street more than wall street. A leader with a verifiable record of positive leadership and results. Unfortunately, these good leadership traits, are distrusted and ignored by the majority of people. Because, most people are lazy, ignorant, and will see and hear only what they want. Or, what they are told!
People care more about dirt and wealth. Audacity and ignorance. Image and persona. Or, religion and gender. Honesty and truthfulness, are traits that are dismissed in favor of a good story! Why else do we keep electing the same people, who keep promising us the same things every 4 years? Why else do we keep ignoring anyone who can actually give us what we want? People like me, just don't understand why we keep making the same mistakes every 4 years. Why has only 1 independent POTUS(Washington), and 1 progressive POTUS(T. Roosevelt) ever been elected? Why do 3rd party candidates only make up less than 5% of Congress? Maybe, I'm just very critical of the MSM, and all major party biased propaganda and soundbites. Maybe, I just look beyond the media hype and their manufactured narratives. Especially, since they are only competing for the biggest share of the audience.
I remember a leader with all of these qualities, who said that she would use the trillions of dollars earmarked for supporting endless wars, and use it to address the urgent social issues at home. She was immediately branded by the establishment as a "socialist", a Russian spy, a cultist, and a dictator lover. People simply believed what they were being told, and let their last hope for change get away. The media simply manufactures the narrative and the caricatures for all public leaders. They make sure that the truth you know about these public leaders, are vetted, packaged, edited and spun, long before it ever reaches your brain.

You are certainly the last person that Seth needs to defend or to interpret his comments. My statement in response to his was,
"You're not suggesting that we elect leaders that we don't trust? That would be nuts.".
His response was,
"Then we're all nuts.".
The assumption here is, that we ARE electing leaders that we don't trust. Hence why the dependent clause, "Then we're all nuts.". Therefore, we must all be nuts. Still following??
My comment was that I DON'T elect leaders that I don't trust. This means that I only vote for people that I DO trust. Therefore, I am not one of those nuts, who continue to vote for people they don't trust. Get it?? So, stop taking my words out of context. Especially when you don't even understand the context.

When I visited Parlt House last time I came on the gallery of paintings of past PMs. When I got to Curtin’s I INVOLUNTARILY made a mark of respect to the painting! I guess because I had watched some documentary of the first part of WWII in Australia and knew anyway of his role here in WWII.

I would assume that anyone working for the federal government, would not be required to produce any proof of vaccination. Would not be fired for failing to be vaccinated. Also, if he is lying, it would be a no-brainer to prove. The federal government don't control the state governments.
Nonsense! But only a kindergarten child would ever believe that this flu virus is running rampant! The facts simply don't support this hype. We "unbelievers" can actually discern between media hype, and scientific fact. Here's a tip, "the more that you KNOW about something, the less that you need to BELIEVE about something". So, if you can't show it, you damn sure don't know it!

First you were questioning my trust of Morrison's integrity. Then, you say that you thought I was saying something("ending") that I wasn't saying. And, now you're saying that I shouldn't have used a word that I never used!! Why don't you and your strawman just have your own conversation. Why do you need to twist, misrepresent, or misconstrue my words out of context? Is it a problem with comprehension or just personal bias?
Anyway, here is what I actually did say in its proper context. Exactly where do I state that Morrison was "ending" the vaccine mandates in Australia?

He now agrees that businesses should decide who to fire, NOT THE JAB. He agrees that government should stop interfering in people's lives. He agrees that all mandates should now end. No more vaccine mandates. No more vaccine passports or papers. All borders will be reopened. But, above all, our freedoms will be restored. WE TOOK OUR FREEDOMS BACK!! In spite of people like you. So enjoy the fruits of OUR labor!! This madness will finally end!!".
This was simply the first step towards a free Australia. Does anyone here think that even if 100% of Australians were vaccinated, that all this shit would stop? Every time a person tested positive, more severe restrictions would be created and enforced. Does anyone here think that for some reason, doctors have no way to treat their Covid-19 patients(vaccinated or not)? Does anyone here believes that based on the mortality rate alone, that this is a killer virus? We have even reached the point that even transplant patients will be taken off the transplant list until they are vaccinated. Next, pensioners will be forced to be jabbed or lose their pensions.
No one is safe from the vaccine overreach by State governments. In the 705 days since the outbreak of this killer virus in Australia, on average, less than 3 people per day have died from Covid-19 complications(2,056 deaths/705 days). Does this sound like a viral apocalypse? Do you know how many people die p/d from cancer(136)? From diabetes(216)? From alcohol-related illnesses(16)? Or, from accidents(12)? How about road accidents(4)?
Why all the hype, when the facts are in your face? Why are you ignoring all the red flags, and this government manufactured urgency? Hospitals are going to be overrun? Healthcare are workers receiving counselling for stress and overwork? If this wasn't reality, I'd think it was all just a terrible movie with a bad script. Even the world is looking at Australia as a nation of sheeples!! And, are praying that we will eventually wake-up to the truth. You are just being played to drink the Kool-Aid. Eventually this blatant discrimination will lead only to a civil war. Or, a new fascist/totalitarian government.
