US Military declares that civilians do not exist because dead civilians including infants and children, cannot deny accusations of being terrorists

Smart bombs, dumb bombardiers.

Killing civilians is safer for US troops because civilians don't shoot back and there are no consequences.

Henceforth all dead and injured civilians will be classed as terrorists or combatants so the feelings of US military are not hurt.

U.S. special forces carried out what the Pentagon said was a large-scale counterterrorism raid in northwestern Syria early Thursday. First responders at the scene reported 13 people had been killed, including six children and four women.

They assaulted the hiding place of the leader of the Islamic State. According to your linked article, he blew himself up, as his predecessor did, including his wife and children.

The US military is not renowned for being truthful. They are indeed renowned for being untruthful.

They are not always truthful, but the report that the leader of ISIS blew himself and his family up is consistent with what we might expect from his death cult.

They are never truthful in the first instance and only grudgingly confess to crimes against civilians after the media exposes their lies.

The highway of death in Iraq was a monstrous crime and news videos at the time showed American pilots laughing and hooting joyfully as they trapped, boxed in, massacred, fire-bombed, and machine-gunned 25,000 Iraqis to death in a retreating column. The American military loves killing Arabs.

Here is a post from an American who claims he was there and is so disgusted that he vowed never to serve the US military again.

Didn't even read what you had to say. I was there. The battlefield was over 200 sq. miles. From this point standing in the road you could see from the Mutlah ridge to the Arabian gulf to Ali Al Saleem airfield. The devastation and destruction was indescribable. 25,000 dead Iraqis. It was overwhelming. What a waste, 24 years later the war rages on. I will never go back and put my life on the line for the corrupt and vile nation (usa). Don't like what I have to say? Too bad.

He’s just some guy with a screen name posting a comment on the article. There’s no proof he’s an American. The next commenter calls him out.
