Eat nuts and beans.
I have to be careful with nuts. They sometimes trigger my gout. Especially peanuts. I can't eat any kind of shellfish either.

I found some single serving vegetable cups. They are kind of like fruit cups. I may start keeping them in my car. During the Summer, they will be preheated. That will cut down on the unhealthy snacks.

Peanut butter is great. We use it, olive oil or avocado instead of butter or margarine.
Iโ€™m in love with butter! Iโ€™m a butteroholic::cute
Canโ€™t stand margarineโ€ฆ at least butter is natural.

god no .... why ruin perfectly good eggs? I use vegetable oil for eggs, and lots of it. I have to be able to spoon the hot oil over the yolks as it's cooking ... i don't like that snotty bit that covers the yolk otherwise

Yes, fried eggs need basting, not covering the fry pan {shudder}

The butter browns but I spoon it over the eggs. No burnt taste so all good.

I use silicon egg rings, keep the egg together. Commercial eggs are not fresh, the white runs all over the place.

No..no ladder. Sigh. It wasn't anything like as bad as the prev fall.
Thank goodness. I was in a long discussion with my nephew, the artist, on my mobile. The fire needed a poke so i crouched down in front of it, still talking , and used my left hand to go to open my fire door. My hand didn;t grip it properly so I fell forward on my momentum, and although my hands and arms took most of it,my head still connected with the steel edge of the fire .

It hurt.. but I kept talking. :)

reminds me of an incident with my wife before she moved to Australia. I was chatting to her when she was on her way to work (in Romania). Next thing you know there's a bus honking it's horn at her ... she'd stepped out in front of it completely oblivious.:groan
