before you transfer money phone your lawyer and confirm account details by voice or by text. Scammers are intercepting emails from property lawyers and convenyencers, and inserting their own bank account details before allowing email to complete it's journey. Once money is transferred you'll never get it back and you won't have a property.
Wow, very good lesson. Socks not distracted much by any of the other dogs or people, like 5 seconds of halfhearted pants/lead biting etc. Excellent—HUGE change from earlier! Will keep practicing things—getting Socks to sit/drop square, i.e. in the heeling position facing to the front, keep practicing the drop and the stay, get her a little bit steadier in the stay.
As she gets older and more used to 'distractions' her behaviour will improve

Apparently that old timer has a smaller pet crocodile and that crocodile he was hitting with the frypan keeps trying to force his from his territory.
I don't know how ANYONE could keep a pet croc
