Lidia Thorpe refers to the Queen as 'coloniser' while making oath in Senate – video

First Nations Greens senator refers to 'the colonising her majesty Queen Elizabeth the second' in her oath of allegiance before being interrupted by Senate president, Sue Lines, and made to restart. 'You're not a senator if you don't do it properly,' another senator says

She did it properly LOL!!

Will she come to blows with Pauline Hanson at some point ? Will she send right wing shock jocks into a frenzy ? Will she set tongues wagging around the nation and the world?

I'm gonna stay tuned.

She's a firecracker isn't she. LOL!

I predict interesting times in the Senate.

Probably. Obviously. I hope so

The Greens are geniuses. They do things like this that frankly mean nothing but send their supports into delight as we watch the far right cry about them.
