The Jack Russell cross is still available, but I would have to take a husky cross as well. No bloody way right now!

I think it is a lot easier to fall over a small dog, than a large one. A large well-mannered dog is actually a support, rather than a threat.... got to be a good dog tho....

something like the Italian greyhound is much more likely to be injured by you falling over them, being as fine-boned as they are., and it'll cost you money.

GOOD big dogs are much preferred IMHO ...
I'm not set on greyhounds.. it is just an avenue untrod, so far. A possibility in my future. But if I do? I'll try for rescus siblings...

My current dog is supposedly a Wolfhound/Mastiff/X .. she is a tall very short-haired brindle , with amazing stripe markings... she is so smart and sweet-natured.. and very gentle. I'm keeping her with me as long as poss.......
She has me well-trained. :)

But you know? it is all really up to YOU...
