If a woman can kill a baby, a man can choose to not support a baby while the baby is still in the womb. Why is the woman the only one with a choice?

Life wasn't supposed to be easy
thats easy to say when it won't be your bearing the burden you're demanding others take. Meanwhile chances are that in some of the cases you'll be sitting back years after she's made to have a baby, crying what a crappy parent they are and what a degenrate the child is, just so you can get on you high horse and pretend how wonderful you are.

You're assuming parents who want an abortion but aren't able to legally get one, would be "crappy" parents, and the child would be "a degenrate."

not all, but as with the rest of the population for whom abortion was never on the cards, a certain percentage will be

at 6 weeks, certainly
So what should happen after 6 weeks? I couldn't help but notice your lack of response to this question yesterday! However, that might to do with the HORRIBLE alert system on here which clears alert flags after visiting a page which contains the replies alerted to.

At 6 weeks many women aren't even aware they are pregnant. It's far to early a 'deadline'. I'm happy with the time limit given in Australia, which without checking I believe is just short of the first trimester. You'd need to confirm that for yourself

@Shellandshilo1956, I couldn't help but notice that you had nothing in response to what a 12 week old baby looks like. How telling!

I don't give a shit what the embryo or fetus looks like. It is NOT mine. It is NOT my body. And, it is NOT my choice. The embryo/fetus belongs to the person allowing it to exist within her body.

If you did any research at all, you would find that 90% of all abortions are done on embryos UNDER 12 WEEKS! And, that with most of the fetuses being aborted over 12 weeks(2nd trimester), there is usually some underlying health concern/issues for the UNBORN child, or for the MOTHER. Look up what ensoulment means.

Is it your practice to only respond to whatever I DON'T respond to? And to ignore everything else? That is just intellectually dishonest.

If women have the right to control their body, then there should be no limit.

Interesting that you think it's still an "embryo" at 11 weeks!
Why wouldn't I think that. The fetus is considered an embryo UNTIL11 WEEKS AFTER A WOMAN'S LAST MENSTRAL PERIOD(LMP). It is considered a fetus only after 12-13 WEEKS AFTER A WOMAN'S LMP. So, why is this fact interesting for me to think?

The unlawful killing of another human being, is a criminal act. It is NOT a criminal act for any woman to choose to terminate her own pregnancy. So, why do you keep referring to this decision as killing a viable newborn baby. Embryo's and fetuses are not viable outside of the womb. Surely you wouldn't want anyone telling you what you can, or can't do with any part of your own body. Right? Is court-approved legal euthanasia on terminally ill comatose patients, KILLING?

At what week does a man get to choose whether or not he will support his embryo?

The reason I ask is because a woman tried to get me to sleep with her because she was looking for someone to blame for her pregnancy and pay child support when I was in the military. I sensed something wrong and turned her away. I found out she was pregnant a week later.
