If he is, I have all the sympathy in the world for him.

I can't imagine what it would be like to be unemployed today, under this particular federal government.

I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

NewStart needs to be raised by something like $100/week. That gives the unemployed some justice. A lot of older unemployed should be put on to the invalid support pension or at least have NewStart raised and remove this crap about 20 applications a week. When you are 60 and retrenched you will not find another job. If you have a medical issue then even less than zero chance.

Of course, the fucking Libs have been moving people OFF the Invalid Support Pension and onto NewStart to save a bit of money that they can give to their rich buddies as tax cuts.

Meantime, the economy slowly collapses as people have no choice but to cut back on spending.
