need? It's not about a 'need'. I think everyone should travel overseas ... especially the ones whinging that asylum seekers should stay home. Send them into some of the battlefields they call home for a little perspective.

It's an opportunity to See how the rest of the world lives and just how lucky we really are. Overseas travel as well as being educational is also very character forming. Have some border guard point a sub machine gun at you while jabbering away in a foreign language very quickly knocks any superiority complex you might have into perspective.

I like your first paragraph: wtf :OMG

oh yes its all very nice. It is GOOD for young folk to travel and learn.

Yeah everyone should do it. Too bad about that eh?

NO NO NO NO

IF people here think they NEED to travel for personal growth, they're bullshitting themselves and everyone else.

What these travels are is escape from their own reality. YEP. Work, sleep, get up Work, sleep get up work sleep etc etc.
LIFE wasn't meant to be easy :bgrin :roll

You are just a consumer... nothing else. The more money dragged out of you the better.

You are all fuckwits.
