I am guessing using 2 sachets of hydrated yeast was too much. It was bubbling every 3 seconds early on, which is very fast
Either one sachet hydrated or 2 dry would be ok.

If it is stuck again, will sprinkle in 20 gms of raw sugar.
Should be interesting.

I nursed one other brew through that got stuck.
