Pauletts and Skillogalee, opposite side of the main road, both great wine and great food. As a side I chose roasted brussel sprouts with maple syrup and bacon. Heavenly! The muscat creme brulee was great too, smooth, nice shard of toffee.

Maple syrup - interesting.
I do roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, parmesan, olive oil, and freshly crushed garlic.
I might try the maple syrup.
