Mr X can do it, is on 2–3%
Happy now, Hero?
Will you now stop asking questions and sign the constitution?
How does ONE Independant get even 1% of a State Wide vote? When I ran in a State seat, I made money, but can't recall what % vote it was.......way in excess of 1% but that was just in ONE electorate. I would never have got to 1% State wide, I guess.

A case to pay back pensions
He said it was not right that taxpayers were paying pensions to MPs who had failed to follow the law and renounce their dual citizenship.
"I think there is a case for requiring them to pay some of it back," he said.
"There was a case in NSW in the last few weeks where a barrister was struck off for acting without a practising certificate and acting without professional indemnity insurance.
"Well not only was he struck off, but he had to re-pay to all his clients what they'd paid for him for the services that he'd carried out and I don't see a distinction between the two."

She was the ALP candidate who beat Liberal prawn Wyatt Roy in Longman and Taxi Industry support had a huge impact.
Seems to me there is a smidgen of doubt, but I reckon the High Court will clear her if she is referred. Turnbull...'bullying?'
Huh?

Well Barnably you prick......you told us you knew you had a problem BEFORE you were referred to the High Court, and you did not immediately resign with that knowledge.
Fark you.

He nominated before 'last year' when Lithuania apparently made some Law, and even if I have that wrong....no way will the High Court hold anyone having Australian citizenship responsible for what some other Country does. Way too indirect....remote......no direct connection.
