Hi Andrew,
Since you are retiring at the next election in Sep this year, and the Lib govt will be bundled out of office then, why not do something worthwhile in your remaining time?
The MTM has been the resounding failure we always knew it would be. Superfast broadband over Telstra’s rotten and too–thin copper? Lunacy!
It seems NBN Co is realising this and a move to FTTDp, with small businesses offereing to convert that to FTTH at home owners’ expense, is very possible.
Will you push for this change within the Liberal Party?
Paul Budde hopes so:
https://delimiter.com.au/2016/04/07/cal ... s-support/This Liberal government has done immense harm to the country, has about wiped Whyalla off the map! Ironic, eh? Will you please now push to have the direction of the cripped rollout by Gimpco changed to FTTDp?
Yours faithfully

As expected I have received no substantive reply as yet and won’t get one at all.
