What does it take for the majority of the voting population to realise when Governments are being bought to thwart their will? Obviously not that much because we already know it happens... it's nothing less than a boiled frog syndrome!

The govt got conned into writing the Corporation Act to protect the interest Of Custodian, Nominees companies and large shareholders.

It is designed to discourage participation of the majority of shareholders in voting, and those that do participate, not having an effective voice in the company’s operation.

The big end of town are as manipulative as their nemesis, the Union movement.
