Agreement re dual citizens

Turnbull was being a bit slippery, wanting declarations being given on 18 Dec—High Court goes on 2 month break 15 Dec. Shorten, a veteran of many negotiations as Secretary of the AWU, got that changed to 1 Dec, two weeks to refer matters to the HC.
Abbott & Co are going to cause the mother and father of all recessions—be prepared!
