Dual Citizenship

Here is a question which needs to be answered.

How many ex federal politicians who had dual citizenship are still receiving their parliamentary pension?

Oh but the media is digging deep.

So many still alive and collecting pensions they aren't legally entitled to.

Oh, hit some pollies and get their perks reduced, no probs. Tho Latham stared down Little Johnny and had pollies’ pensions radically reduced.

Shouldn't your beloved High Court rule to disqualify their parliamentary pension?

You demand an election but will vote for Labor.

Vote for the Australian Conservatives.

How do you expect government to change if you don't want change?

You're quite happy to cede all powers and responsibilities to the Canberra, and to the two major parties?

You need to support radical reform.

My proposals are radical; you should support them 100%.

First, we should instate proportional representation in the House of Reps.

Second, we should implement term limits of 12 years.

Third, we decentralize powers to the States so that local/regional parties have a better chance (like they do in Canada).

Fourth, we should have a citizen-initiated referenda and laws.

What is proportional representation in the House of Reps. Please use common terms, not 'in house' expressions or phrases. Explain it to a Martian.

She said she hopes to know the result of her inquiry within 24 hours, and has promised to quit immediately if she's a dual citizen.

"Senator Lambie told Fairfax Media she had sought urgent advice last week as to whether she holds dual citizenship, and said she will resign from the Senate immediately if that is confirmed.
