Look I am not going to be parochial here... The only way the lord of the clock is going to be shifted prior to the election is if Newscorp reads it that way. Every time I see him put his foot in his mouth there are morons in the Rudd comensurate tweeting meetings and tripping up on miniscule things.

As about as good a look as when Fraser creamed the Whitlams because the ministers just started doing their own shit.

The lord of the Clocks and his current batch of no talents could fill front pages every day with goofups and weaseling if, their opposites didnt fill three with their antics.

No one notices guys, he has a teflon turd and its polished before it splashes down. It looks ugly but underneath it all its labor people doing the laps of the shitter even when the LOTO has his arse in full sight of the media ready to kick.

Is Julia Augusta going to abdicate and give the party 2 months breathing room? Combet or Shorten?

Personally, I look at Shorten and think he is carrying an unkown illness. It must be top secret to him alone as had he told the August Julia the bug to the liberal membership would have heard it.

The labor party has shown that it doesnt like organ donor recipients like Latham (arso-caranium & pancreatitis) and KRudd (lousy ticker, pancreatitis and micromanagement)... Shorten would be facing the shame shit unless he starts wearing blusher and lippy to hide the continuous cold sweat)

Combet? Well thank fucking christ the kids of nowadays have not come across Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. Greg comes across like Brains and talks like captain scarlet.

So...My melbourne cup election outside odds....Combet to lead the Party to election and possibly minority government again.

Jeezus fuck he is going to need a super portfolio minister. I wonder If Julia has the taste to have four portfolios to stare down the next leader of the opposition.....Yappy the wonder dog.

Guys, crack it for some cabbage and egg rolls... every time an australian farts, Chris Pyne goes blushes..

I dont mind a september election..I generally dont hit the water until the end september weekend...fucking woose that I am!

Yup, we know. ALP MP farts—all over the front pages, Abbott commits murder at high noon in front of the assembled press corps. . .crickets.

I did start this thread when I thought the Libs might have second thoughts but the polls have been too good and who else is there? Turncoat but no way the dries want him.

Hmmmm here and the Control of Womens’ Bodies thread we talked of Abbott wanting to roll back abortion etc but there is something the misogynist can and wants to do: end no–fault divorce. Probably starting close to home—doubt Margie can stand the birth–father of her daughters. We know the eldest daughter despises her birthfather very much, moved all the way to Switzerland to get away from monkeyman!

a conservative male Legislative Councilor in Tasmania has moved to block efforts to decriminalise abortion in the state. Point proved. 2/2

Sexist, misogynistic even, at fault divorce, abortion made harder so backyard abortionists flourish—WTF is there for anyone bar a religious nutter to vote for?

Subjects: The Coalition’s Real Solutions for Australia's future; the Coalition's $1 billion commitment to Brisbane's Gateway Motorway extension; the Government's failed border protection policies; the Government’s raid on superannuation; indigenous welfare reforms.

TONY ABBOTT:

It's terrific to be here in the electorate of Griffith this morning

The day of the fundraising dinner with that menu—I bet Tone attended the dinner and had a laugh at the menu. So did Brough, so did Hockey. Brough could lose preselection over this, with any luck. Confirms my low opinion of Hockey too.

At Brough’s office today what struck me was the $$$. Brough hasn’t worked in years but he has an office, FT staff, cars, billboards… (1/2)

David Donovan ‏@davrosz 1m
(1/2) There’s serious money behind Brough. Someone REALLY wants him elected. And he’s clearly being protected. Why is his election so vital?

Hmmmm, he wasn’t crash hot as Howardista Minister!

I think we can start the Lst Days of Abbott as LOTO up again. This is a disastrous week fought on his own beach.

He has to retreat and work out a way of ignoring what has happened and hope that nothing comes of Brough, LibNat radiostooging and.. his twitter support.

They have been fecklessly drawing unwanted attention on him all day getting unwarranted fire from all corners..Deservedly so!

Its still going on the drum, by all lib or lab.. you have to love it..

The extraordinary story, the extraordinary amount of money, the extraordinary shielding by Abbott and the MSM of Mal Brough:

http://www.independentaustralia.net/201 ... gh-trough/

He wasn’t much chop as a Howard Minister, suffered the biggest swing against a Lib polly in 2007—so why these lengths to get him in Parliament?

Anyone?

Oh my, “Gutless Tone” gets a good run in QT time today. JMPG says she has spoken to Indo Pres and “actually brought all these matters up” with him, unlike Gutless Tony. Reminds the House Libs (and Greens) voted against giving the govt the powers Howard had [Ed: both conservative parties wanted BOATS! as an election issue, the scumbags!)

Leader of Nasty Party which leads a Nasty movement gets all hypocritical and talks of need for niceness and unity. FMD!

http://powerhouse.theglobalmail.org/pea ... ny-abbott/

Abbott is a nasty piece of work, all the nastier because he thinks he can confess and be forgiven his transgressions so he can do it all over. Most christians suck, Abbott just sucks more than the rest put together.

As I have explained before, the Libs’ (or, rather, Gina’s) idea of a northern foodbowl are ridiculous. This guy agrees:

http://newanthropocene.wordpress.com/20 ... ead-horse/

Does not make sense from foodbowl, the 100 dams, agriculture, tourism etc. Works for Gina—she doesn’t have to pay to build townships.

One thing the article doesn’t mention: you can’t have different tax rates based on location or anything else.

66% of voters do not want the carbon tax axed, less than 30% would back a double dissolution election http://t.co/lf8USxGXox #auspol

— Schtang (@Schtang) June 23, 2013

Tony Abbott's insistence that the election will be a ''referendum on the carbon tax'' has been undermined by polling showing just a third of voters support the Coalition's plan to abolish the tax.

Fewer voters want to see the carbon tax removed now than before it took effect on July 1 last year.
Nearly half the voters, or 48 per cent, wanted the tax scrapped a year ago.

But a poll of 1009 people, conducted by JWS Research for the Climate Institute, found just 37 per cent of them now supported the Coalition's intention to wind the tax back in favour of its ''Direct Action'' policy, which involves paying companies to reduce emissions.
nt
Even fewer people - 34 per cent - would back an Abbott government calling a double dissolution election to fulfil its ''pledge in blood'' to repeal the tax.

Less than half the Coalition voters would back Mr Abbott taking Australia back to the polls.

Now what does the idiot have to campaign on?

PPL & debt.

His PPL policy is crazy, a liability not an asset, debt is very low.

And he thinks he will be PM 15/9?????
