Best Companion of the year in Arizona

Postby DonDeeHippy » 16 Jan 2020, 11:59

Just talked to my aunty in Reno who just moved there and the change of culture from Sacramento , One she mention was reading about the companion of the year. She thought it would be about volunteers in Aged care or disabled support... Not in Arizona though

Just goes to show that, in America, a strong work ethic can pay off.

Curious ... is this legal anywhere in Australia?

sort of decriminalized like dope but not legal....
Should be legal though...

Was thinking of you when talking to my Aunt and even mentioned you (she didn't know any ex cops from Oregon named Seth though), we started talking about trump and the negative press there, she personally wouldn't never have a Beer with the man but she said the same thing about employment and a few other things...
One interesting thing she said was he isn't into gay bashing and she thinks it's because he grew up in NY and he doesn't discriminate his daughter over his son.... interesting takes :) :purple

Prostitution is legal in most states in Australia, except the Northern Territory I think.

Each state has different laws regarding the running of brothels, street soliciting, etc.

Prostitution is legal in most states in Australia, except the Northern Territory I think.

Each state has different laws regarding the running of brothels, street soliciting, etc.

I'm in Queensland
There are specific laws covering prostitutes and other sex workers and their clients. Prostitution in licensed brothels is legal in Queensland, but street prostitution is illegal. It's against the law to: ... operate a brothel without a proper licence.
Home prostitution is also sort of legal...
1. Sex work conducted in a licensed brothel, from which outcalls are prohibited. Depending on the size of the brothel, there may be up to eight sex workers on premises at any one time.
2. Private work (sole operator) – a sex worker that works privately from a premises, that provides outcalls, or both. It is illegal for a sole operator sex worker to operate in conjunction with any other sex worker. Any other form of sex work is illegal in Queensland. This includes escort agencies, unlicensed brothels, massage parlours, street workers (publicly soliciting for prostitution is an offence), and two or more sex workers providing prostitution from a single premises (even if they work in split shifts).

Yes.

Each state has different laws regarding brothels, working from home, street walking, etc.

But basically, prostitution (working on your own in your own home) is legal in all states except SA and NT.

I am not aware of Trump bashing gay people for being gay. As we know, he'll bash people, but I don't think he bashes gays for being gay. And your aunt is right about his daughter and son. I see no discrimination in his love for either one.

I know where at least one brothel is, Adelaide city SW corner. Never been there but it was pointed out to me and it was pretty obvious anyway.

Where I used to work in Geebung a suburb of Brisbane they set up a brothel in the old Westpac, I've always thought the building just changed the kind of deposits it receives....
