I was in the store a while back when a t-shirt on display caught my eye. Black background and a picture on the front of a Ford Mustang GT. Over the top of that it said "Made in America".

I looked at the tag inside the collar. "Made in Guatemala".

Its all arguable. The ex-factory price of the t-shirt was probably 10% or less of the retail price.

Therefore, on balance it helps American jobs more than Guatemalan jobs.

Trump loves dictators and hates the laws that stop him being one. He is too dumb and disorganised to change the laws to become a dictator—the danger lies in who follows him as POTUS.

Tweet by a yank.

Apparently, that guy skipped Civics 101.

I wonder what laws that guy thinks a president can change.

Hahahaha!

I once had an exchange with a defense attorney in a Driving Under the Influence trial, in front of a jury.

Lawyer: Now Officer, you testified that Mr Smith had bloodshot and watery eyes. Is that correct?

Me: Yes.

Lawyer: Isn't it true, Officer, that bloodshot or watery looking eyes can be caused by a lack of sleep or allergies?

Me: Yes.

Lawyer: You also testified that Mr Smith had the odor of alcohol on his breath. Is that correct?

Me: Yes.

Lawyer: Officer, isn't it true that a person would have the odor of alcohol on their breath after drinking only one beer?

Me: Yes.

Lawyer: And after drinking only one beer, would a person become legally intoxicated?

Me: No.

Lawyer: Officer, you testified that Mr Smith had slurred speech. Can slurred speech be caused by a head injury?

Me: Yes.

Lawyer: Could lack of balance be caused by an injury?

Me: Yes.

(The defendant had been in a minor fender bender in a parking lot at very low speed and sought no medical treatment, nor did he show signs of injury.)

Lawyer: Officer, you have investigated car crashes in your daily duties, haven't you?

Me: Yes.

Lawyer: How many would estimate you have investigated?

Me: I would estimate it was several hundred.

Lawyer: Officer, is it your experience that some people in car crashes don't show signs of injury until later?

Me: Yes.

(At this point, the lawyer should have just left it alone, and saved it for his final arguments. But no ...)

Lawyer: Well then, Officer, if each one of these observations you testified to could have been caused by something other than intoxication, why did you believe Mr Smith was intoxicated?

Me: Because when all of these things are present at the same time, the logical conclusion is that the person is under the influence of alcohol.

Lawyer: No further questions, Your Honor.

His client was found "Guilty" by the jury.

I couldn't believe he asked me that question. :oops
