My neighbour knocked on my door at 3am this morning!

Can you believe it? 3am!

Lucky I was already up playing my drums...

Wife: 'ten years ago he proposed to me and I rejected him'

No animals were harmed in the making of this video. Orville was his pet cat who was killed by a car.

No Des Chutes either.
Too bad about the Deschutes, but it still sounds like a good place to eat ... em ... except for grass-eaters.
Seeing the Steak House menu make me want to go to Texas De Brazil. The salad bar is great with great baked potatoes, but once you sit down, you see these Brazilian looking guys in goucho outfits walking by with skewers full of meat. If you see something you like, they will put a few slices on your plate. When you finish that, flag down another guy and he will slice you off another piece of meat. In one meal, I had every delicious meat I could ever think of. They just kept bringing it. It was expensive enough that we'll only be able to go on special occasions about once/year, but well worth it. There are several locations across the US.

Sorry it's not funny, but I couldn't help myself.
Sounds like great concept! No wonder it costs a small fortune with what must be high labour involvement.
And then there's a "suggested gratuity" of 15% :b

So in my time on your site, I have seen that you guys have misconceptions about my country and her people. I am trying to at least present an alternative point of view.

But you have nothing ... and I mean NOTHING ... to dispel my view that if you live in Australia, you must neither ...

go near or in the water,
take a walk outside, except perhaps on a paved sidewalk in full daylight,
or carelessly feel safe in your house.

If you do any of these things, you shall be eaten alive, or bitten and envenomated, at peril of death. Even your freakin' birds attack!

Normal, every day hazard in Australia ...
