No way baby. bring it on. We need this rain.
:yahoo

And.. it's still raining. :bgrin

I live in an area that seems to escape the worst of weather, so I haven't had anything like the rain the sunny and gold coast have received.
It's actually getting harder at the moment, but it has been constant enough, and not too heavy, so that the rain is really soaking in.

Haven't had this for a long time.

My only worry is for my older remnant trees. They are huge, and largely hollow, and once they get soaked through, the weight could bring some or parts of them down.

It happened during the tail end of former T-C Debbie. :sad My most beautiful huge old scribbly bark, lost it's entire top two thirds.

We have had so much rain lately, I can almost hear Stevie Ray Vaughn playing Texas flood. We were in a drought last year, and now the lakes are all full, rivers are overflowing and flooding is common. I won't complain, because I didn't like drought either.

In Bulgaria when it rains heavily, everything becomes shit because the storm drains are not designed with a logical thought. There's no inclines on the roads, everything is pretty flat, and water drains are often up the incline. Just to marvel at the Communist ingenious engineering thought. So I only like rain if I live in a area with a steep slope, and I'm up on the stupid slope.

Rain and hail will increase as the globe warms up.

Lots of morons think hail being ice means cooling. They forget where the freezing happens—high up in the atmosphere.

AGW boosts the thermals in thunderstorms so that moist air can get sent higher than before where moisture condenses than freezes in the cold of the upper atmosphere + adiabatic cooling. Hailstones form, grow, start falling and all the way to the cloud level of the storm the hailstones can grow and merge with adjacent hailstones. Send the moist warm air further up the bigger the hailstones that come down.

And what if it's all made-up stories? What if it was HAARP all along?
