I wonder why he is called Brett Bart Kavanaugh there. His name is Brett Michael Kavanaugh and yes I do get the irony in the reference to 17 years olds.

Yes, I know, and his best mate Judge said that Bart O'Kavanaugh had passed out in his (Judge's) car and could not even open the door. Of course, Bart O'Kavanaugh was not Brett Kavanaugh......was he.

Going back to the cartoon :rofl :rofl :rofl there could be a reference to female prisoners on Manus/Nauru having to ask a male guard for a tampon or pad and having them doled out one at a time.
