There's a few options from same thread from the following nominee but this particular post, although not unprecedented, is proper bonkers.

Grap, here's looking at you:

Grap didn't take too kindly to my suggestion that men could maybe stop raping & killing women.

Well i expect he thinks you mean all men. He's prickly about that, you femonazi, gender traitor.

The same reasoning does not of course apply to women, Muslims, sexually diverse or tinted people. Of course it's not all of them. Some of their best friends ... and all that.

i liked Gandi's response.

I can't work out how someone so precious that he likens a woman upsetting her usband to women being killed, could have ever served in the SAS.

I thought they bred them tougher than that.

Gandalf is laying down some of his finest work. It just elates me that the man with arguably among the finest gender politics on that forum is a Muslim.

Love it so hard.

As for Grap. He, i fear, sustained the greatest injury a man such as him can face; that to his ego. He took a king hit and is very angry about it.

Fortunately he has Gnads to call him a hero and everyone else bullies.

I nominate Term Dog.

He believes that people who are never born will suffer by not experiencing joy & happiness.

I kid you not: http://www.ozpolitic.com/forum/YaBB.pl? ... 0173/49#49

So you guys call out each other openly for you guano crazy comments?

I find the honesty refreshing. Carry on. I'll jump in when I get a little more comfortable with the place.

Edit: Oh. I see. You are bashing people on ozpol. I'll butt out then. I go to too many forums as it is.

OzPol is pretty moribund, except the Muslim bashing boards.

Three people here have indefinite bans and no reason given. I was banned on a lie. So you can see there is some reason for animus. We should move on and forget OzPol.

It's cool. Bash away. I don't have a dog in that hunt, but sometimes it's fun to watch. :hlo

Give me some time to get the feel for the place. I'm the kind of person who can be tone deaf and weigh in a little harder than I should. I don't mean anything by it, it's just what comes out. I tend to say stupid stuff in real life because I don't always have time to plan what I say. When a joke is told, I have to process it and I get the joke about 2 seconds after everybody else. I'm mathematical and tend to over analyze things. Anyway, I'll jump in soon enough. Thanks for the invite.

moribund - One of those words I've heard, but we don't use in the American vernacular.

My other handicap is that we speak different dialects and use different phrases. Some of them are obvious, but not all. If I said that someone was all hat and no cattle, would you understand? That's a Texas saying for someone who talks the talk but can't walk the walk. (drug store cowboy)

Yes, we'd understand that.

All sombrero and no Mexican.

All corroboree and no Aboriginal.

I think we have you at a disadvantage there. A lot of your phrases (not all) we are familiar with through Hollywood and TV ... you on the other hand probably don't get an awful lot of exposure to the Aussie vernacular

I am glad you joined this board, Texan! Don’t worry about saying stupid stuff—you have no monopoly on that!

I hereby nominate the poster who calls himself Fisherman for the Batshit Crazy Award in the Piece Of Shit category. Just peruse through the "That Caravan" thread and you will see what I mean. I left a detailed description of his piece of shittedness on my latest post on about page 5. If I am wrong about him, feel free to let me know.

See what I mean about jumping in with both feet? It's getting pretty ugly over there. Where is the popcorn smiley?

Goodnight.

Yes you really should people. :yak yak :yak yak

Continuing to return there, over and over, and investing in the posters there by keeping so obviously closely connected, isn't healthy. :purple :purple
That place is just filled with mad people, and it doesn't help to engage them.

Well anyway, that is my oft expressed opinion. As you know.

There are plenty of Batshit Crazy people in the world, without resorting to Ozpol.
