One of the options Germaine failed to consider.

Do you mean an option i mentioned in my Op? Not succinctly encapsulated by your fabulous, all-consuming sentence?

No it was not, because I reckoned it was hardly a ground breaking revelation. It has often been discussed, and openly acknowledged. Greer chose to ignore it for her own (probably) commercial purposes. She has to get read to make a quid.

Oh i see. You dismissed everything from my OP that had already occurred to you. Or was already known.

Funny hiow such points are still relevant though, hey> Do you think Germaine is the only one who needs to factor in 'freeze' right about now?

But anyway, does that mean your magic paraphrasing sentence was a revelation to you?

Not at all. You wanted a response and you got one. What is the paragraph you want to specifically refer to.

It's up to you and Miranda to refer to paragraphs.

Please find one in which i sad nothing but big words.

Or evidence how they were all encapsulated by your magic sentence.

And i reiterate ... a woman drawing attention to sexual impropriety as a norm is thus treated.

And not just on Ozpol ... and not just by men.

I believe in people.
I believe in giving people equal consideration, irrespective of their race, gender or sexual preferences.
I in giving people with disabilities the opportunity to explore their abilities.
I believe in judging people and things on their merit.
I am the essence of modern values and rights.
I am against 'isms', that would negate rights and people.

Oh good. So you agree with the basic principles of feminism ... you just don;t like it because it has an 'ism' on the end.

You've put your foot down.

So out goes pacificism, egalitarianism, altruism ... and a whole host of other 'ism's.

Just so we know. Three peskym little letters. mean you're like, committed to something ... or something .... i suppose.

Just so as you know what you're against. Logic and reason aren't necessary.

Oh? Here was me thinkng i could tell everyone what to do. My bad.

Perhaps, in light of this new information, you'd like to withdraw your unsubstantiated claim that you summed up my entire OP in a single sentence?

You seem reluctant to do so ... yet your painted corner keeps getting smaller.

I am neither reluctant nor embarrassed. If you want some paragraph forensically examined for some reason beyond me, just tell me which one. Get on with it, or stop with the tantrum.

Yes ... women who talk back are always on the rag, yeah?

The rest of the time, we're perfectly docile. You can do whatever you like to us. We are pliable.

We only get uppity when there's something wrong with us.

And it's hilarious how men keep trotting out that line ... whenever they are confronted by a woman. So funny. So novel.

Don;t try your crap on me , Aussie. I'm too clever.

You claimed you had paraphrased my entire OP into a single sentence. Well proud of yourself you were.

You, clearly, failed. Any single paragraph (go on, pick any one ... i've provided you with but one example) will prove you wrong.

As any paragraph will prove Miranda wrong, who claims i said nothing at all, just used big words.

I made no claims i have not backed up.

No flies one me.

Is that where i went wrong?

How is that diminishing anyone? Aside from the one trying to bamboozle me rather pathetically?

My personal brand of feminism is about people feeling good. Men and women.

I can't help but think all of this is not only to deflect from the fact that Aussie did not encapsulate my entire OP in a magical sentence ... but to draw attention away from the accusation in the OP that Aussie's thread on "Who's really to blame" contributes heavily to a culture that enables and covers for sexual violations.
