@Aussie Your lying! I'm telling Mothra, and you're going to be in big trouble!

@mothra Aussie's lying! It was only about the size of your hand!
An average size huntsbastard then?

I was once traumatised by one on my window (on the outside) that was particularly large. My man, taking great pity on me, stuck a piece of A4 paper over it on my side so i could keep working with out having a pinic attack. Not only did he grossly and foolishly underestimate me, it's legs poked out over the edges.

More spider talk

I got bit by a Hobo spider about 15 years ago while working in my yard. It crawled up my boot then up my leg past the boot sock and then bit me twice on the back side of my knee. I never felt the bites! The Hobo is related to the more well-known Brown Recluse spider. It's venom also causes necrosis. I didn't realize I had been bitten until the following day when I felt an itch behind my knee and went to scratch it. When I did, I felt two lumps, each about the diameter of a dime or a nickel. They were lesions caused by the venom. I went straight to an emergency room, and the doctor put an anti-biotic patch over them, and it prevented further infection. To this day I have two roundish scars on the back of my knee.

I've heard about the brown recluse spider but not the hobo. Nasty.

I've been bitten by a redback and a whitetail. It's not without good reason i'm well suss on spiders.

I felt both bites but the whitetail was like a hot spike. It bit me on upper thigh when i was changing a tyre in a skirt, as you do. Seth, the whitetail here is blamed on necrosis in unlucky people. It rose to an itchy as hell welt that wrapped around my leg, bigger than a dinner plate.

With the redback, i vomited for a day and felt like i'd been kicked in the head by a horse. Think our redback is your black widow, Seth.

Wow, that whitetail packed a wallop. How was it treated?

Death resulting from a Hobo spider bite is exceedingly rare, and it would only happen if the bite and resulting infection were left untreated for weeks on end.

Yes, your redback is closely related to our widows. If memory serves me, they inject a neurotoxin into the bloodstream which would be why you felt so bad all over.

I feel like I should post a puppies and kittens video about now ... 🐶🐱

Trapped another feral cat last night, been pissing on the front door and making a nuisance of it self. It has no tail, now my partner is worried it's not feral and will be ringing the neighbors and if it is someones cat, we will be ringing them up at 2 am every night the cat comes around. Either that or it will go to the pound tommarow morning.....
Talking about Ferals, If it ever rains we will be doing the cane toad hunts again, much easier to deal with them as they are ugly.....purple bounce

So you've trapped a cat in such a way as to cut off it's tail and are what, keeping it in a cage while you do a ring round of the neighbours numbers you know?

Take it to a vet immediately. Or the pound. It would be in agony. Arsehole.

Well that's no feral.

Secondly, it's not just a bobtail. It's an injured animal that you injured. Are you aware of what is connected to a cat's tail? They feed rtight off the spine. It's probably stress purring.

You're an abomination. And the sickening thing it you think you have the higher moral ground. You're just cruel. This is animal cruelly. People like you being cruel to animals because their problematic make me suck to my stomach. It's like you get off on it. You certainly did. Bragging about it like you did. Other folk here may not take such a dim view but i'm calling you an arsehole who is cruel to animals.

The tail is completly healed... Id say it was a accident as vets don't do bob's in QLD anymore.....Feral cats are a problem, we catch them, make sure they are not a neigbours cat then take them to the pound, the cage is from the council, they loan cat cages to get rid of the feral problem... How in anyway am I doing a wrong thing....

We are in the country on big properties and next to a state forest, do you have any idea of the millions of native animals feral cats kill everyday.....

You said it had "no tail now". You heavily implied that the injury was due to your cunning trap. Then you said it was an accident in the trap. Now you're trying to tell us it'[s an old injury?

Looks like you've been doing a fair bit of editing.

All i know is that people who commit acts of animal cruelty in the name of environmentalism gall me even more than those who just do it as a matter of course.

You seem quite delighted by what you'll get to do to cane toads. Creative, are you? At least nobody thinks they're cute. Who cares if they suffer?

Nah Don. Dig yourself out all you want. You've exposed yourself to me.

We freeze the cane toads, read that is the most humane way to dispose of them... Don't really give a shit what you think Mothra....Feral animals kill millions of native animals a day, we are only just getting possums, poteroo's and bandicoots back....
My editing was 1 coma....
Ahh did it on the phone
