The Northern Hemisphere has the majority of economic activity and too ignore it is suicide. The Southern Hemisphere , by total contrast, not only has less economic activity but it's great ice block is protected by unending cold currents and winds that haven't stopped for millenia. When trees grew there it wasn't Antarctica because it shared warmer waters: now it's all unstoppably cold and the atmosphere reflects that....Oh I know Molasses gets almost like concrete when cold, and is really liquid when the temps are hot.
I just wonder because January is HOT.. HERE.
The NH .? is that the Northern Hemisphere you are referring to.?
So most of your interests seem to relate to the NH.
The Arctic... not the Antarctic... for example...
What's wrong with living in the SH.?
You seem to have a bias,, perhaps it is subconsciously, for the NH.
I hope you have a GREAT break, on your place in the SH.
Best wishes for the Season.
