The majority of the Senate just voted to convict ex-president T****.

Impeached twice.

Lost the popular vote twice.

Lost the Senate.

Lost the House of Reps.

Lost the White House after one term.

There has never been a bigger failure in US politics.

Ever.

Now that Trump was found NOT GUILTY for the SECOND TIME.....which means Trump is TWO for TWO...........The DEMS could not prove their case......again.....for THE SECOND TIME IN TWO ATTEMPTS!!!...................

So can Trump, Gweggy, can Trump run for President again if he so pleased?

Not that he will definitely win if he did......that's not the question Gweggy......

BUT, CAN TRUMP RUN FOR PRESIDENT IN 2024 if he felt like it?

So, you think it's in America's interest (and the interest of the Republican party) to have Trump have the ability to campaign and stir up social controversies?

Yes.

Unless they use the 14th Amendment.

If you consider a YES answer means he has the Right to exercise his First Amendment Freedom of Speech, whether running for office himself, or commenting on issues pertaining to other candidates.........then my answer stands as you see it.

Nice try at obfuscation - that's not what I asked.

I asked if you believe it's in America's best interest.

The Republicans have once again shown that they're more interested in saving their own arses than protecting the constitution of the USA. They should all be ashamed of themselves

People like Seth and DreamRyderX need to explain how Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt would've felt about Trump's antics and the current Republi-CON party.

Time for the DOJ to step in and charge Trump just like Trumps Lawyers urged them to do....At least with a real court hearing the Jurors wont be giving Trumps side help and strategy during the trial.....

Most recent times that has happened in your country is when the kinds of people Trump so inspired got uppity.

Nothing stops criminal proceedings related to his actions from proceeding.

Impeachment is not a criminal prosecution, nor does it prevent charges being brought against Trump, under other statutes.

I'd say to all prosecutors in the US... go for it boys.

This man cannot be allowed to walk away from his actions, even if he has scared all his so-called colleagues into preventing his being found guilty thru the Impeachment process. Much more is open to LAW ENFORCEMENT.
