I’m not redirecting. I’m trying to get you to understand Biden. You can’t excuse Biden if you would condemn Trump for the same words. And I know my liberal politicians. Clearly you don't know the particular views held by the Clinton presidency regarding young Black Americans("super-predators"), and crime in America in the early 90's. There is no doubt that Biden was talking about young Black Americans. Not Whites.

It was Bill Clinton that signed the "3 strikes convictions, and you're out(which he later regretted).
It was Clinton that championed the "1 strike you're out" eviction policy in public housing, if you or your guest are involved in any criminal activities.
It was Clinton that cancelled federal college funding grants for prisoners.
Unemployment among young Black men had quadrupled in the early 90's.
It was Clinton that championed the 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack(mostly Black users) and cocaine(mostly White users).
26 times more Black Americans were incarcerated during the Clinton presidency. then by any president in history.
It was Clinton that said "..the era of big government is over..", and dismantled the federal welfare system to help families(AFDC).
