A Democrat Has Had Enough

The destruction of her phone and wiping of her hard drive had nothing to do with Trump. After Trump was elected he said she had suffered enough, and he just wasn’t interested.
and you believed that crap? :jumping goofy:jumping goofy
then why did none of the official who were sworn to uphold the laws of the country not do their jobs and charge her?

Seth is a true blue Tumper despite all his denials.

John Roberts never stated that the impeachment was unconstitutional because Trump would be publishing this statement all over the media.

Truth and facts are Seth's kryptonite.

Sure I believed it. Hillary had never been tried for anything, so re-investigating the case and taking it to a grand jury would have been perfectly legal. The first investigation had been conducted by a politically compromised FBI in collusion with a politically friendly DOJ that was run by an Obama appointee, and they all wanted her to win election, not to be charged with crimes. It was a sham investigation. It was laughable the way it ended with Comey actually acting like it is he who makes prosecutorial decisions. And not a peep of objection from the DOJ whose job is to make those decisions. The Obama administration and the Attorney General just wanted this to all go away as fast as possible, and Comey was more than happy to play along.

So if Trump had wanted to, he could have fired Comey and ordered the FBI to start over and submit their investigation to the DOJ. The DOJ could have evaluated the case and presented it to a Grand Jury. Remember, a Grand Jury can exonerate a person or indict a person. If they exonerated Hillary, that would have been an acceptable end to the whole thing. And if they indicted her for crimes, then that process would have moved forward.

There was nothing to prevent Trump and his Attorney General from doing these things. Trump simply didn’t want them to, and that was the end of it.

and yet it wasn't ...even after Trump put his lackeys in charge ...... do you want to guess why? And please don't tell me it was because he didn't want to. I'll believe that just as soon as I believe he didn't want to present all the 'mountains of evidence' he claimed he had of election fraud. It had nothing to do with want. It had to do with the fact that it was all bullshit.

I don’t think it was BS. I think some low level intelligence analyst would have been prosecuted and convicted for doing the same thing. But politics outweighed the law, and the entire Obama government chose to whitewash the whole thing using their little lapdog, the FBI Director.

Nah, Trump could have changed the leadership of the FBI and DOJ and had them do a REAL investigation, and just let the chips fall where they may. But I think he was looking forward and just wanted to let it go.

No, they're not smarter. The problem with the FBI was that it was turned into a political organization rather than a law enforcement organization.

GOP voters like Seth believe the law and the world is out to get them, so they love it when they can form mobs, gangs, and insurrections and turn the tables.

9/11 exposed the FBI and the CIA as organizations of bungling, incompetent, clowns.

At no time did either entity stamp its authority on the case.

The FBI is ace at solving crimes. Their rank and file are the best. But when the top echelon becomes political rather than professional, that’s when the whole organization gets sullied.

Btw, burying them in the backyard is so old school. “I lost them in a boating accident” is 2020’s.
